Returning Policy

You can easily return products you have purchased from Pet at Home if you find a problem with the product.

Return conditions for our pet shop.

Product Problem: We perform all the necessary checks before each order shipment. Nevertheless, in case there is a problem, we accept the return of the product as long as it is made within 5 calendar days from the date of purchase. The product will be shipped primarily to the Service department to check that the fault is not due to misuse, so that it can be replaced with a new one. In any case, you should first inform the customer service department at 99293049 and define the way of return as well as the type of problem. Every return must be accompanied by a product receipt.
